Return Policy

All Nilgiri Aromas Products are covered by Nilgiri Aroma’s Customer Product Refund Policy. If the Product is found defective:

• You are entitled to Return it within 1 day from the Date of Delivery for a Full Refund or replacement of the product.
• The Invoice for the Purchase should be available upon Return of the Products.
• This Policy does not apply to Products that have been Intentionally Damaged or Mishandled.

Cancellation Policy

Customers will have an option to cancel their orders through the order history option from the dashboard when they login into their profile and  needs to initiate the order Cancellation within 2 hours after the Payment.
